Start Today is a community initiative based in Northern Kentucky and Cincinnati, focused on implementing harm reduction strategies.
Start Today: Harnessing over a decade of nursing expertise and local musician insight, we're committed to enhancing safety, promoting wellness, and fostering a culture of harm reduction in the vibrant music scene. Together,
we strive to create spaces where everyone can thrive, supported by evidence-based practices
and a deep understanding of community needs.
Recently, we were able to meet Gorilla Biscuits and vend at their show in Louisville. This was a huge full circle moment for us as GB directly inspired our name "Start Today".
